These Terms of Use govern your access to Greeni, operated by Greeni. By creating an account or streaming any title you agree to them. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to hold a subscription. Titles carrying an A or 18+ rating are restricted and you confirm you are of age when you play them. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login or one-time passwords. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at greeni.wecare@gmail.com if you believe it has been accessed without your permission. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING Plans are prepaid for the stated period. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. 4. PERMITTED USE We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to stream titles for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not record, re-transmit, publicly perform, circumvent any access control, or use any part of the service to train a machine-learning model. 5. CONTENT AVAILABILITY Our catalogue changes. Titles may be added or withdrawn as licences begin and end, and availability may differ by region. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available. 6. TERMINATION We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used to infringe copyright, or where required by law. Where the breach is not our fault, no refund is due. 7. LIABILITY The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. 8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. 9.
