Greeni (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Greeni streaming service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Greeni, why we collect it, and the choices you have about it. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Account information. When you create a Greeni account we collect your mobile number, and, if you choose to provide them, your name and email address. Viewing activity. We record which titles you open, how far through a title you watched, and when you watched it, so we can offer a Continue Watching row and recommend titles. Device and technical data. We collect your device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and approximate region derived from that IP address. Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by our payment partners. We receive a transaction reference and status. We never receive or store your full card number. 2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use the information above to deliver the service you asked for, to keep your subscription active, to personalise the rows and recommendations you see, to detect fraudulent or abusive use, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to us. 3. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: content delivery and hosting providers that operate the service on our behalf; payment processors, to take and refund payments; and government or law enforcement bodies where we are legally required to do so. 4. YOUR RIGHTS You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it. Write to greeni.wecare@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. 5. RETENTION We keep account and viewing data for as long as your account is open. If you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except where we must keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. 6.
